● Understanding in Wordpress development (themes/plugins/API) is a must
● Experienced in building responsive, high performance web pages
● 2-3 years of experience in PHP and JavaScript is a must
● Deep understanding in scalable client side architecture and best practices

● Knowledge of SEO — advantage

Обов’язки

We are looking for an expert Wordpress developer with strong client side skills. You should be able to create templates, use the internal Wordpress API to support customs post types, configure admin screens, handle security and create SEO-oriented web pages.
The world of client side development is rapidly changing. Creating and maintaining a website today requires knowledge in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, as well as tools that support this ecosystem. To keep up with this pace we are looking for passionate web developers who are eager to learn and constantly improve their skills.

On behalf of SimilarWeb, Ciklum is looking for a Wordpress/Front End Engineer to join our Kyiv team on a full-time basis.

You will join our team of developers who develop and maintain our company’s CMSs. We have several Wordpress CMS that are incorporated into our free website similarweb.com. In this role you will work alongside with client side developers and extend the current CMS according to our marketing department’s needs. You will also work on the client side as well, creating the best UI/UX experience.
We are using several technologies and tools:
● Wordpress
● Gulp
● Our own core CSS/JavaScript libraries
