Release Manager for RR Donelley (Odessa) (вакансія неактивна)

On behalf of DFS (www.rrdonnelley.com/emea/, Ciklum is looking for Release Manager to join Odessa team on full-time basis.

DFS is a leader in the business information industry specializing in the extraction, packaging and distribution of public company information contained in SEC filings. Continued growth has created a need for us to expand our software development team by adding additional .NET and C++ developers to implement new functionality and introduce new technologies to our existing financial information delivery platforms.

Release Management process is expanding past DFS’s ActiveDisclosure product into other Financial offering. Because of that we are looking for a person to help the Software Release Manager manage Releases. This person would report to the Software Release Manager while implementing existing processes and making suggestions for improved efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Manage Software Releases:
● Track & Manage Software releases through Pre-Production environments to Production
● Build & foster relationships with Development, QA, Product Management, Business Owners, Product Support and Executives
● Work with the Development System of Record (TFS) and Change Management ticketing system (Service Now) to document and prove Release readiness
● Lead off-hours Production deployments
● Troubleshoot deployment related issues as needed
● Participate in reviews of current Release Process to find and implement improvement as needed

Requirements:
● Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
● Ability to lead cross-functional teams preferred
● Experience or understanding of Software Release Management process preferred
● Experience with System of Record ticketing products, preferring Microsoft TFS & Service Now
● Experience working with Development and QA teams
● Experience working within Agile Development process

● Good verbal and written communications skills, able to effectively communicate
● Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills with demonstrated experience documenting and working through issues as part of a team
● Strong customer service focus and ability to manage customer expectations
● Must be able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
