On behalf of Imagine (www.derivatives.com), Ciklum is looking for QA Lead to join Dnipro team on full-time basis.

Currently we are looking for a smart QA engineer with experience of leading a team of QAs who can help us developing with excellent quality level!

Responsibilities:
• Test automation;
• Define functional test plans and strategies;
• Coordinate a team of QAs;
• Create educational plans for QAs and lead the process of education;
• Perform sanity and functional tests;
• Assist the development team to oversee problematic areas, underestimated risks, scopes and bottlenecks;
• Identify report and track product defects;
• Perform functional, automation and performance testing;
• Creating and maintaining test suites according to product specifications.

Requirements:
• QA experience in testing web applications;
• Experience in leading a group of QAs
• Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver;
• Experience with Jenkins;
• Capable of reasoning and thinking through problems;
• Good knowledge of quality and security concepts, standards and practices;
• Experience in writing test documentation and analyzing development documentation;
• Good communicator, good level of English.
