Необхідні навички

• 5+ years’ experience in software engineering
• 3+ years in a large web development project using a modern frontend framework
• Experience in React/Redux framework — Very big advantage!
• Experience in writing Unit/Integration tests
• Knowledge about modern Browser API’s (HTML5 — Video, Storage, etc.)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs
• Love for the browser and enthusiasm about the web platform
• Self‐motivated and self-driven team player
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate
• Good spoken and written English
• Out of the box thinking
• Independent and responsible, results oriented problem solver

• Experience with SVG, Canvas, Animation, Sound
• Experience in development in the following fields: gaming, graphic or interactive applications, image processing, animation, graphic engine — Very big advantage!
• Experienced in OOP and Design Patterns
• Experience in working with Linux/UNIX environment
• Experience with agile, TDD or continuous integration
• Experience with NodeJS, Gulp or Webpack

• Take an important part in the HTML5 re-write of PowToon’s Studio application
• Adhere to high standards and best practices to ensure the future quality of the product
• Plan and design new features of the Studio
• Build the infrastructure of the new Studio application, website and back office
• Create stunning and innovative UI/UX

On behalf of PowToon ( www.powtoon.com ), Ciklum is looking for a Senior Front End Web Engineer to join Kiev team on full-time basis.

PowToon is a fast growing, profitable company with over 10 million users worldwide. Our online Animation Software is disrupting the online video creation space. We offer Animation Software to non-expert users with little or no prior experience with relevant applications (Graphics, Animation, Video Editing Software).

Design and Implementation of the next generation of the PowToon Studio software as an HTML5 application, a complete re-write of our current flash application, is the main focus of our R&D work. As a Senior Frontend Web Engineer you will play an important role in this epic effort.
