Ciklum is looking for a Middle UX/UI Designer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Middle UX/UI Designer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

The client is a Switzerland-based company that offers a data-driven container solution that allows pharma companies to optimise their supply chain by reducing, and even predicting, the risk of delivering sensitive drugs by air. It combines big data, software and hardware to transform an ever-evolving supply chain.
As a part of our team, you will work on projects from various industries and different levels of complexity. No boredom, a lot of experience. One time you’ll be flying through a hipsterish iOS application, and the next — challenged by complex enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with user research artifacts and reports
• Collaborate with user researcher if there are design hypotheses, which require validation, testing or full research
• Collaborating with the product team on requirements and planning
• Defining usability-proof UX solutions
• Creating pixel-perfect high-fidelity UI designs for iOS, Android, Web Desktop & Web Mobile
• Understanding of Mobile (iOS/Android) and Web guidelines and limitations
• Creating interactive clickable prototypes in Figma
• Following and maintaining design systems
• Controlling the implementation. Ensuring that development results are consistent with UX and UI and that they perform properly
• Being proactive, helping to grow strong UX/UI expertise within the team. Being able to consult on various solutions, keeping up with the latest trends in mobile and web, usability, accessibility and interaction design. Understand which ones could be implemented to improve the product and in what way

Requirements:

• A solid set of skills and experience in UX/UI design. 3+ years is what we have in mind
• Strong UI expertise including working with design systems
• Understanding user-centered design approach and UX methodologies. Being able to analyze user and business needs to define UX solutions
• The portfolio proves this experience
• Experience working in Figma and Adobe XD — design, prototyping and design system maintenance
• Experience in collaboration with designers, developers and product teams
• Effective communication skills in English — you should be able to elicit project details and clearly articulate your design decisions

• Can plan, schedule and monitor own work within short time horizons
• Demonstrates a rational and organized approach to work
• Understands and uses appropriate methods, tools and applications. Identifies and negotiates own development opportunities
