Ciklum is looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Middle Manual QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

The Client is the world’s leading social trading and investing network, providing millions of users from around the world a one-stop-shop solution. Since 2007, client has positioned itself as a Fintech leader, pioneering revolutionary practices such as social trading and machine-learning- powered investment products while promoting culture and core values of Openness, Quality, Enjoyable, Inventive, and Simplicity. You will be a single QA in the team, reporting to the Team Lead. The project goal is to develop a platform that procedures SEO-optimized pages. As a Manual QA, you will be responsible for quality end-to-end: continuous verification of new feature development, regression testing, and functional/non-functional testing.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and refines functional requirements
• Designs, reviews, and maintains QA documentation (Test Cases, Bug Reports, Test Reports) following QA best practices and principles
• Performs functional and non-functional testing. Analyzes results and testing outcomes
• Efficiently uses Test Management and Bug Tracker tools, follows testing standards and team-agreed rules

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in software testing
• Experience in Web Application testing
• Experience in API testing
• Experienced in writing and maintaining test cases
• Knowledge in creating simple HTTP(s) requests, understanding responses, and working with REST
• Experience working with DevTools, e.g. Chrome Inspector, inspecting and debugging

Desirable:

• Experience in SEO — practical knowledge and skills gained through hands-on work in the field of search engine optimization
• Experience with Agile development methodologies

• An eye for detail, strong logic, and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive approach to difficulties, and an imaginative problem-solver
• Good spoken and written English
