Ciklum is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for our Client.

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a highly experienced AWS EKS specialist who has managed and designed production deployments
• The project will focus on a back-office application cluster currently deployed in production and QA. This application and its attached infrastructure have been partially re-designed but require further thought due to new requirements
• The project will include taking part in modifying the existing High Level Design according to new requirements (in some cases figuring out those requirements), implementing the new

Requirements:

For all below requirements, assume we mean “experienced in a production setting”

• Experienced with AWS
• Experienced with design, implementation, and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters (including relevant tooling such as helm, velero, nginx-proxies and sidecars and/or other ingress solutions, etc.)
• Experienced with EKS
• Experienced with IaC in a multi-stage environment (dev, pre-production, production) terraform is preferred

Desirable:

• Working with production grade cloud DBs — an advantage
