Ciklum is looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Senior Operations Specialist to join our Delivery Operations team. In this role you will drive Digital Delivery performance though facilitation of operational processes across multiple Delivery Centers and running predictive analytics which guide management decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Track and report on operational performance of Digital Delivery KPIs (e.g. revenue and profitability, headcount, utilization, attrition)
• Act as a the center of discipline and accuracy of operational processes across Delivery Centers or Markets (e.g. utilization, bench, overtime, capacity for interviews or revenue, billing headcount, profitability)
• Set up and run the governance driving timely decisions and actions with respective function owners
• Manage and regularly improve operational processes to maximize operating efficiencies
• Act as first-line support for Delivery Managers or Heads of functions on operational processes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role
• Project management and leadership experience
• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to direct people
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Detail-oriented
• Advanced Google Spreadsheets / Excel user (able to write queries combined with multiple improtranges; google appscript literacy is a plus)
