Senior Employer Branding Specialist for Ciklum (220000G1) (вакансія неактивна)

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Employer Branding Specialist. You will play a key role in leveraging Ciklum’s position as an employer of choice for top talents in Ukraine and attracting in-demand skills to fuel the growth of the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Budget, manage and execute in-person, hybrid and virtual events
• Develop and implement sponsorship and cooperation concepts
• Collaborate with the creative team to make activities feel consistently Ciklum-branded
• Nurture our brand ambassador community
• Brief our in-house team on all event production, design, swag, content and promotional efforts
• Negotiate terms and manage stakeholder relationships with outside vendors within the budget — from swag production to third-party event organisers
• Building meaningful relationships with the internal and external communities
• Evaluate success and prepare detailed reports on conducted activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics, journalism or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in employer brand marketing
• The ability to engage and manage both internal stakeholders and external talents
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects with a high attention to detail
• Strong English communication skills
