Resource Analyst for Ciklum (210004FI) (вакансія неактивна)

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Resource Analyst (RA) to join our team in Kiev office on a full-time basis.

RA is responsible for resource allocation of IT professionals and managing established operational relationship with PMO and other Delivery departments. RA will drive predictability of resource deployment through accurate forecasting, planning and scheduling. RA acts as point of contact for resource deployment and resource planning including participation in talent management to support of business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage deployment of IT professionals for all potential and assigned IT projects
• Making sure organization has the right people with the right skills available at the right time to complete projects assigned
• Work with Project Managers to identify appropriate resource requirements for each project and be responsible for fulfilling these requirements in a timely manner
• Lead communication with appropriate project managers on resourcing issues that may impact scheduled deadlines
• Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing
• Monitor project resourcing, manage underutilization and actively work with project managers to address and solve those issues
• Analyze and report on weekly deployment to the direct manager
• Be involved in evaluation of the IT resource performance such as reviewing project feedback and routinely tracking their progress as well as address any potential performance issues per HR guidelines

• English level — upper-intermediate
