On behalf of Ciklum Support Center, Ciklum is looking for a Junior Service Desk Agent to join our team on a full-time basis.

Our Support Center’s goal is to provide customers with top-class assistance.

We are looking for a service oriented specialist with excellent English language and excellent communication skills. You should be interested in IT in general and be ready to learn about new products and constantly improve your technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers' request (in quick and efficient manner)
  • Conduct efficient 1st and 2nd level IT support
  • Understand analyze and resolve end-user IT issues and requests via telephone, via common ticket system, chat, e-mail or on-site
  • Testing and acceptance of system applications and together with your colleagues to implement & improve services including automation and robotics for end-user support
  • Help develop and implement web based support initiatives including knowledge bases, technical and modeling techniques and documentation
  • Update the documentation

Requirements:

  • Basic technical background (Basic IT education, courses will be a plus)
  • 1- 2 years of professional experience and knowledge of information and communication technologies in customer service
  • Knowledge of systems that handle tourist core processes, production & distribution systems will be a plus
  • Responsible, initiative, multitasking, self-organized, eager to learn
  • An understanding of system processes and contexts
  • Shift work
  • A customer-oriented attitude and of course a lot of enthusiasm for resolving IT issues as the first point of contact for all IT issues
