Technical Writer for Ciklum (вакансія неактивна)

Ciklum is looking for a Technical Writer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Work in close collaboration with Project and Service teams
• Produce and update user guides, walk-through guides, promotional materials, and video tutorials
• Plan, develop, organize, proofread, and edit operational procedures/policies/standards
• Prepare and perform official communication via the internal network
• Manage internal and external knowledge bases, registries
• Analyze documents to ensure continuity of content style
• Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation

Requirements:

• Excellent English written skills (is a must)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-suite (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets)
• Ability to convey technical material in a concise, effective manner which is appropriate for its intended audience
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Attention to details and proactivity
• Ability to produce visually attractive materials
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills

Desirable:

• Experience with team collaboration tools (Confluence, JIRA, Slack, etc.)
• Experience with Snagit
• Experience with Camtasia
• Basic understanding of UX
• Basic understanding of UX writing
