Assistant Project Coordinator for Ciklum Support Center (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for the Assistant Project Coordinator to join technical support team in Lviv on a full-time basis.

As a part of Ciklum, you will be assigned to administer and organize various tasks, activities, plans for the support team.

Our client provides Supply Chain Finance to their customers across Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, and Asia and works with a host of banks and institutional investors to provide solid funding streams to underpin the process.

Our Support Center’s goal is to provide customers with a top-class assistance.

You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule along with administrative duties and maintaining project documentation. The Assistant Project Coordinators will report to our Project Coordinators. We are looking for a service-oriented specialist with excellent English language and excellent communication skills. You should be interested in IT in general and be ready to learn about new products and constantly improve your skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Working standard business hours from 9 am to 6 pm
  • Help develop, document and implement web based support initiatives including knowledge bases, technical and modeling techniques and documentation
  • Manage the knowledge base and update the documentation constantly
  • Help create working instructions for the support team
  • Help compile reports to include collecting and analyzing of statistics data
  • Participate in the meeting with the client and compile the notes

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written & verbal, should be able to carry out business correspondence)
  • Strong problem solving skills & ability to think out of the box
  • Strong ability to research, analyze and document the investigation results with tech details
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Understanding of standard support procedures
  • Experience of creating and managing support documentation, working instructions etc
  • Experience with collecting and analyzing statistics data
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zendesk/Freshdesk or other systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PP), Outlook
