CIGen is a team of experts in cloud and custom software development. Our ambitious goal is to become the Azure Expert Managed Services Provider (MSP), and we are moving confidently towards it.
Currently, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the team. This position could be fully remote.
- Identify opportunities for growth: new channels, domains, events
- Collaborate with the team to plan and implement strategic outreach plan
- Attend conferences and events for prospecting
- Conduct qualification calls with leads and create great first impression
- Nurture leads through various outbound channels
- Create potential opportunities and manage deals till closure
- Collaborate with pre-sale team on proposal creation
- Manage leads database in CRM
- Maintain monthly reports on sales development activities
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in business development role
- Understanding of software development and cloud services
- Experience in leads management and pre-sales
- Experience with outbound sales prospecting techniques
- Practical background in using CRM systems (ie. HubspotCRM, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced writing skills
- Solid communication and relationship management skills
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Proactive mindset and willingness to continuous improvement

- Previous experience with cloud migration and modernisation projects
- Understanding of Microsoft ecosystem and products, Azure in particular
