* General understanding of existing technologies (e.g. backend vs frontend, Java vs JavaScript), IT job roles (e.g. QA vs AQA, Project Manager vs Product Manager);
* Spoken English — Upper-Intermediate+;
* Proactive, creative, and result-oriented attitude, good communication skills, attention to detail;
* General understanding of the IT job market in Ukraine and other countries.
