Business Analyst/ Product Manager

Cieden is a growing product design agency that is scaling the product department and is looking for a Product Manager. We work in different domains and create different types of products from B2C and B2B to complex SAAS and CRM systems. We solve tough product problems, and that is why we’re looking for an open-minded and curious person with a creative approach to problem-solving.

What You’ll Do:

— Drive product conceptualization and development in close collaboration with startup founders and stakeholders, guiding the process from ideation to final implementation;
— Conduct extensive user and market research to deeply understand customer needs and pain points;
— Clarify product scope, assist in requirements prioritization, and help shape the product vision and growth strategies;
— Translate product strategy into clear requirements and documentation (user flows, wireframes, user stories, etc.) for the design and development teams;
— Analyze key customer journeys to identify product gaps and generate ideas for improving the user experience and driving growth;
— Manage the full project lifecycle, including defining and controlling scope, tracking timelines and milestones, and addressing client-side constraints;
— Work closely with cross-functional teams, setting up processes and incorporating best practices to ensure successful project completion.

What you bring to the table:

— Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or UX roles, with a strong focus on collaboration with designers;
— At least Upper-intermediate level of English, excellent written and verbal communication skills;
— Self-organization and attention to detail;
— Product mindset: making sure the product solves a real problem;
— Knowledge of requirements lifecycle and business analysis techniques;
— Excellent problem-solving, research, and analytical skills, analysis and synthesizing data;
— Ability to write clear and detailed requirements for complex projects;
— Ability to clearly break down complex requirements into actionable tasks for the team;
— Ability to prioritize key tasks to focus on high-impact goals;
— Ability to clearly explain and justify product and design decisions;
— Excellent communication and presentation skills;
— Willingness to work with several projects simultaneously, prioritize them, and meet deadlines;
— Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, v0, Cursor) in daily work for research, prototyping, analysis, or process improvement;
— Prior leadership experience with the ability to influence change (nice to have).

Nice to have:

— Broad experience on product discovery phases;
— Knowledge of fundamental UX/UI;
— Experience in technical documentation development;
— Knowledge of PM best practices.
