Trainee Lead Generation Specialist/ Account Manager (вакансія неактивна)

The Cieden team is looking for a person in the sales department. So, if you are proactive, like various tasks, you are driven by the search for different communication channels and you are an excellent communicator with a sales mindset, then respond to our vacancy as soon as possible and let’s work together.

Job requirements:

• excellent English, both written and spoken (minimum level B2);
• strong communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• experienced in initiating and successfully maintaining conversation;
• proactive position, unstoppable desire to grow professionally and learn new things.
  
  

Will be a plus:

• completed courses of lead generation, account manager or sales manager;
• experience working in IT;
• knowledge of Upwork platform.

Responsibilities:

• monitor the site job feed and write letters to relevant job posts according to company criteria;
• quickly pass qualified requests to the Sales team;
• maintain customer database (CRM);
• gather and analyze response rate/statistics;
• following up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided by the company;
• keeping accurate records and account notes;
• participate actively in team meetings, generate ideas, take the initiative and
  responsibility.
