At least 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment;
3+ years in HR;
Knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques, hr processes;
Experience and ability managing multiple searches and assignments for candidates;
Good communication skills, protectiveness self-motivation;
Basic knowledge and understanding of development technologies and life cycle;
Intermediate Spoken English.

Taking part in the full-cycle recruitment process (conducting job descriptions, searching, interviewing, preparing offers).
Preparing customer interviews by coordinating schedules; maintains effective communication with customers (status meetings, gathering feedback, mail correspondence, etc.)
Establishing and supporting HR processes ( adaptation, motivation, retention, evaluation, etc);
Participation in organization team building events.
