Ability to speak and write in Russian and English fluently and idiomatically
Proven working experience in public relations / communications in the areas of online advertising or software development
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Background in researching, writing and editing publications
Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Basic experience in digital marketing
Excellent communication skills
Team management and development

Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and media interviews
Strong relationships with business and industry media outlets / influencers will be a plus

Develop a marketing communications plan, content and media relations strategy
Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
Manage media inquiries and interview requests
Create content for press releases, articles and keynote presentations
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an ongoing basis
Build relationships with opinion leaders to grow industry awareness
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
