About the role:
We are looking for an AI Agents Manager who understands modern AI tools and workflows and can help automate operational processes inside the company.
This is not a traditional developer role. We are looking for a product-minded or project-oriented person who independently explored AI tools, AI agents, and vibe coding, and already has hands-on experience building and testing automations.
You will work closely with founders and internal teams to improve workflows and automate repetitive operational tasks using AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational processes together with the team
• Build and set up AI agents and AI-powered workflows
• Automate repetitive tasks using AI and no-code/low-code tools
• Monitor AI agents and optimize their performance
• Experiment with new AI workflows and operational improvements
• Work with tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, N8N, and similar AI automation platforms
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to identify automation opportunities

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has practical experience creating AI agents or AI automations
• Understands modern AI workflows and automation logic
• Has experience with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, N8N, or similar
• Product-minded and solution-oriented
• Self-taught, curious, and proactive about AI technologies
• Comfortable experimenting and finding solutions independently
• Able to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical way
• Previous experience as Product Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager, or similar is a plus
• Experience with no-code/low-code tools is a strong advantage

Important Notes:

• This is not a hardcore engineering role
• Deep software engineering knowledge is not required
• We value practical hands-on experience and curiosity more than formal background
• We are open to candidates from different professional backgrounds if they have real experience experimenting with AI tools and automations
