Requirements:
— At least 1 year of experience in recruitment at international companies or recruitment agencies
— Experience in hiring Middle/Senior specialists
— Good knowledge of IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies
— Experience in direct search techniques, recruiting and hunting tools
— Ability to plan and prioritize your time
— Strong multitasking skills, attention to details
— Focus on the results
— Flexibility of thinking
— English — Intermediate and above
