MLOps Engineer

The AI/ML department at CHI Software was founded in 2017 with a focus on machine learning technologies. Now it tackles almost any innovative challenge. Starting with four developers, it has grown to an impressive in-house team of 80 AI engineers (including 14 Ph.D. experts), supported by QAs, project managers, and delivery managers. Requirements:

• 3+ years of MLOps experience: model & data versioning, experiment tracking, model deployment & retraining automation;
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managed ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML);
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi);
• Strong background in containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm);
• Knowledge of networking basics (VPC, routing, subnets, gateways, load balancing);
• Solid skills in Python (automation, pipelines, integration with ML libraries: Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow);
• Experience with observability & monitoring for ML systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, Sentry);
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration (Airflow, Prefect, Kubeflow, MLflow);
• Good understanding of SQL and data modeling;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of RAG/LLM production pipelines (vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, FAISS; LangChain/LangGraph integration);
• Background in Data Science / ML (algorithm selection, feature engineering, model evaluation, distributed training);
• Experience with generative AI in production (deployment of diffusion models, LLMs, multimodal models);
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs and semantic search infrastructure;
• Experience in DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD), Agile methodologies, code reviews, testing, monitoring.
