For our client from the banking industry, we are looking for a Data Scientist to join a data-driven team working on impactful business solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Build and deploy data models for projects in process mining, churn analysis, fraud detection, and NLP
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights
• Translate business needs into analytical and machine learning solutions
• Identify, collect, and integrate internal and external data sources
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to design and develop data-driven products

What we’re looking for:

Core requirements:

• Solid knowledge of machine learning and statistics
• Strong SQL skills
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries: NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib
• Experience with machine learning frameworks
• Product mindset combined with good engineering practices

Nice to have:

• Experience with Java and/or Scala
• Knowledge of Hadoop and Apache Spark
• Basic DevOps / Linux administration skills
