Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Middle/Senior Product Owner.

About project:

The project revolves around E-Learning, focusing on creating a platform for educators in the U.S. market.

Work Schedule: Flexibility to work in the U.S. time zone (up to 9 PM in Ukraine a couple of times a week).

Requirements:

• At least 4+ years experience in Project Management, with a background in the role of Product Owner.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and industry trends.
• Proven track record of successful product launches.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of product development processes and best practices.
• Willingness to work according to the U.S. time zone schedule, with occasional late hours in Ukraine.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the E-Learning sector is a plus.
• English Level Upper-intermediate or higher

Responsibilities:

— Develop product strategies and roadmaps that align with customer needs and the company’s overall business objectives.
— Research industry trends to inform product development.
— Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to ensure successful product launches.
— Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure products remain competitive in the marketplace.
— Develop pricing strategies for new products.
— Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
— Manage existing products throughout their lifecycle.
— Manage and lead the product team. This includes coaching, setting goals and objectives, providing direction and guidance, recruiting, and allocating resources.
