Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Lead UX Designer.

Requirements:

— 5+ years of experience in user experience design;
— Experience in a leadership position in the field of design;
— English language proficiency level B2\C1;
— Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, Figma, and Invision;
— Knowledge of the design process stages from inception to final delivery;
— Ability to see the bigger picture and make strategic decisions;
— Participation in an Agile teamwork experience;
-Experience in user research, product analysis, interaction design, and usability testing.

Responsibilities:

— Lead and manage a team: Take on a leadership role by guiding and overseeing a team of designers;
— Build and cultivate a team: Assemble and nurture a team of exceptional designers to foster a high-performing design unit;
— Development and innovative thinking to generate concepts and ideas in the field of user experience design;
— Design and visualization of interfaces for web and mobile applications, including adaptive design and grid principles;
— Working with intermediate-level planning and collaboration tools to coordinate projects;
— Collaboration with Agile teams and the creation of design documentation;
— Involvement in teamwork to propose solutions and reach consensus on emerging tasks.
