Your skills and expertise:
— 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
— General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
— Good skills in candidates search and selection including direct search;
— Experience of successful closing technical and non-technical positions Middle/Senior+ level;
— Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, team player;
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

— Supporting candidates;
— Analysis of various sources for finding and attracting candidates.
