Вимоги:

— At least 2 years of project management experience in the IT;
— Experience in working with clients;
— Strong understanding of modern technologies and solutions;
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
— Leadership and organizational skills;
— At least Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken).

Обовʼязки:

— Manage the time of developers (and other specialists) assigned to the project;
— Generate and implement process improvements;
— Hold regular 1:1’s with all members in the team;
— Give regular and clear feedback around the individual’s performance;
— Form a request for team expansion;
— Submit proposals for employee bonuses, salary increases and early termination of cooperation;
— Improve product quality, security, and performance.
