— You have at least 1 year of commercial Node.JS experience;
— Proficiency and experience collaborating with a team using GIT;
— Technical understanding of web technologies such as modern JavaScript, RESTful;
— Experience JavaScript (ES5, ES6+)
— Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM’s: Mongoose, Sequelize, Typeform;
— At least intermediate English level (written and spoken);

— Experience with TypeScript
— Experience with AWS Stack.

Основна ідея проекту це спростити комунікацію між покупцями та власниками малого-середнього бізнесу. Ми надаємо можливість сконцентрувати всі канали зв’язку з клієнтом в одному місці. Таким чином власник бізнесу може напряму спілкуватися з відвідувачами сайту (ми надаємо кастомізований веб віджет), за допомогою смс (Twilio SMS), facebook messenger. Крім цього є можливість найняти живих агентів або завести своїх, які будуть надавати онлайн підтримку користувачам. Крім цього є можливість внутрішньої переписки між агентами, створення групових чатів та каналів.
