Position:
Trainee User Acquisition Manager (Junior) Casual & Match-3 Games
Requirements
Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV)
Understanding of the user acquisition funnel
Familiarity with the mobile market (App Store / Google Play)
Ability to work with data, draw insights, and identify patterns and trends within large datasets
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
Understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, IPM, CPM)
Understanding of the impact of creatives on performance
Ability to generate and test hypotheses
Interest in working with video and banner creatives
Interest in mobile games and understanding of the casual / match-3 genre, or willingness to learn
Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
Soft skills:

Experience in running ad campaigns (including personal projects)
Experience in gamedev or mobile apps
Experience with A/B testing
Experience with analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Firebase, Amplitude)
Familiarity with the mobile ecosystem (SKAN/IDFA, attribution windows, ad-tech, and monetization data pipelines)
Tableau data visualization skills;
Ability to identify patterns and trends within large datasets
Responsibilities
Execute and optimize global UA campaigns across Meta, Google, AppLovin, Unity, and others
Own the full marketing funnel: drive ROAS performance against targets; manage and shift budgets based on day-to-day performance of CPIs and LTVs
Partner with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on top-performing UA videos, playables, and CPPs
Manage MMP workflows (AppsFlyer, Firebase) to ensure accurate tracking and troubleshoot attribution discrepancies
A/B testing: design and run experiments on optimization types, event strategies, audience segments, and storefront designs (ASO); ASO experience for conversion and discoverability optimization is a plus
Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable growth insights to business owners and top-level management
Assist in automating workflows using AI to improve the efficiency of daily work routines
