— Mathematical and technical education (mathematics, engineering program)
— 2+ years of experience in a game industry
— Experience with casual games
— Knowledge of Excel
— Knowledge of SQL or basic knowledge of any programming language
— Knowledge of game metrics and market markers for them
— Understanding of how the industry works and who its main players are
— Ability to draw conclusions from the obtained data, to prepare clear reports and graphs
— The ability to make hypotheses independently, reject or confirm them
— Desire to study and understand the project and its audience at a very deep level
— Knowledge of the principles of monetization, pricing in games
— Understanding the basic principles of monetization in F2P
— Love of games

— Analyze the basic metrics of the game, find weaknesses and notify stakeholders
— Analysis of game events and the formation of proposals for their improvement
— Post-update analysis of changes in game metrics
— Cohort analysis
— Analysis of the market and competitors
— Write scripts for searching the database and use ready-made scripts (Mongo DB + Java Script)
— Formation of regular reports and conclusions on them and discussion of this data with PO / GD
— Analysis of game features for pre-productions and formation of hypotheses about their influence
— Involvement in the work automation of the analytics department
