Your challenges

As IT Manager, you are responsible for both the technology strategy and hands-on execution of our SaaS platform.

You lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 people (development, AI, QA, service & operations, infrastructure), including remote engineers. You are deeply involved in architecture, technical decisions and delivery, while also setting the direction for scalability and quality.

You act as the bridge between Product and Engineering, ensuring that business priorities are translated into scalable, high-quality solutions.

You report directly to the COO (possibility to grow into the role of CTO.)

Responsibilities

Strategy & Architecture

• Define and evolve the SaaS technology roadmap

• Make key architectural decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability

• Align technology with business goals and product vision

Hands-on Engineering

• Contribute to technical design and support complex challenges

• Review code and uphold high engineering standards

• Guide .NET development and cloud architecture

Team Leadership

• Lead and coach multidisciplinary (incl. remote) teams

• Hire and develop senior engineers and tech leads

• Foster ownership, accountability, and continuous learning

Delivery & Execution

• Collaborate with Product Owners on priorities and planning

• Ensure reliable, high-quality delivery

• Improve Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps processes

• Balance speed, quality, and technical debt

Platform & Operations

• Oversee cloud infrastructure, reliability, and security

• Ensure compliance, monitoring, and uptime

• Support operations, onboarding, and enterprise customers

AI & Innovation

• Drive practical AI adoption in product and development

• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities

Your profile

• Proven experience as IT Manager, Engineering Manager or Lead Engineer in a SaaS environment

• Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on technical capability

• Strong understanding of .NET frameworks, C#, SQL, CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps

• Solid experience with software architecture, cloud platforms and DevOps

• Comfortable reviewing code and guiding engineering decisions

• Experience managing small-to-mid sized engineering teams (10–25 people)

• Affinity with AI and modern development tooling

• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic mindset

• Experience working with and leading remote and international teams

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
