- has experience of at least 1 year in a corporate HR function or a recruiting agency;
- is fluent in English. Since most of the company’s staff are Ukrainian citizens, fluency in Ukrainian would be a nice preference;
- is passionate about technology and has experience of using advanced HR-tech products;
- has a good balance of systemic thinking and personalized approach to people;
- has experience in recruiting and head-hunting;
- diligent and firm with high ethical standards.

Responsibilities:
- organization of recruitment processes;
- administration of the internal site;
- administration of the company’s corporate mail domain;
- administration of the one-way interview platform;
- administration of the recruiting block on the company’s official website;
- administration of the “About the team” block on the company’s official website;
- full management of employee hiring and firing processes;
- organization of internal meetings and corporate events;
- search for tools to optimize the HR processes of the company;
- search, creation and implementation of innovative approaches in the field of HR together with the Partner supervising the HR division;
- Development of corporate policies for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc;
- monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards;
- act to support the human factor in the company by implementing strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
