Responsibilities:

• You’ll be assisting our Analytics Lead on setting up product events across our Customer Data Platform, Product Analytics tool, and Email Marketing Platform.
• Assist our analytics lead on creating funnels, designing and implementing data pipelines, and performing cohort analysis on various products.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements.
• Synthesizing and cleaning the data into easy to understand visualizations to be able to make quick decisions.
• Perform ad hoc reporting for marketing + product teams across Google Analytics, our BI tools, internal databases, our product analytics tools, etc.
• You’ll also be responsible to setup + collect data from our data warehouse (on the front + back-end) and send that over to our CDP and other tools.
• Work on reporting automation.

Requirements:

• Experience working with a Customer Data Platform (i.e. segment, freshpaint, rudderstack, etc) is crucial.
• Experience working with product analytics tools (having mixpanel or amplitude is a major plus).
• Experience working with marketing attribution tools (appsflyer, adjust, etc) is a major plus.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, BigQuery)
• Significant experience building & maintaining dashboards with modern BI tools. Having experience with Apache Superset and Google Data Studio is much appreciated
• Must have closely collaborated with Product Managers on data analysis and reporting.
• Strong familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Must have experience with AWS or Digital Ocean.
• Other important skills include HTML, JV, and RegExp.
• Having experience with Jira or other project management tools is essential
• Strong command of English is a must

Nice to haves:

• Experience with advanced analytics and statistical software languages (R or Python).
• Having experience in crypto or FinTech is a major plus (not a hard requirement)
