Requirements

⁃ 4+ years of software engineering experience

⁃ Extensive experience with JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS

⁃ A deep understanding of React component life cycles and familiarity with functional components and hooks

⁃ Experience working with Webpack

⁃ Experience with designing and using REST API, WS API

⁃ Experience with unit tests (Expect, Jest, Mocha)

⁃ Experience with Agile methodologies

⁃ Previous experience in management, mentoring, interviewing engineers

Will be a plus

⁃ You developed and shipped user-facing features using component-based UI frameworks

⁃ Familiarity with current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance, security and usability

⁃ Familiarity with split testing

⁃ Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, Connect

⁃ Experience with Postgres, Redis, MongoDB

⁃ Experience with Kubernetes and Docker

Responsibilities

⁃ Lead a software development team

⁃ Develop large high load project, implement new features, refactor codebase to improve readability, performance and reliability

⁃ Review teammates’ merge requests

⁃ Take an active role in architectural discussions, make technical decisions

⁃ Take part in spring planning, estimate tasks complexity

⁃ Actively participate in new feature discussions with Product Manager & Business Analyst

⁃ Share knowledge with teammates, answer project-related questions from other teams or departments

⁃ Be responsible for engineer’s professionаlism, personаl growth, аnd well being
