CEX.IO is looking for a proactive and data-driven Product Manager who is keen on financial instruments and fintech products.
What are the main responsibilities?
— To ensure full Product development life cycle management for one of CEX.IO
— To manage and prioritise the product backlog;
— To work closely with the engineering team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources;
— To deliver the operating plan — the achievement of business objectives growth including market share, revenue, profit and return on investments;
— To work with product analysis: to track and control business metrics to improve monetization and customer retention;
— To monitor competitor’s activity;
— To generate and test product hypotheses, to implement A/B testing;
— To act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Our ideal candidate has:
— 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager on Fintech projects;
— Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, deep understanding of software product development practices and technologies;
— Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
— Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization;
— Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job;
— Motivation to search for alternative solutions for a problem;
— Positive attitude.
