We are looking for a Customer support agent, who will join our Support Team. You will be responsible for the communication with a customer, analysing the common issues the customer may face, anticipate and prevent possible problems, accept and structure the feedback, struggling for perfection. You will work on a highload product with a multi-million user base with an opportunity to realise your professional ambition.

What are the main responsibilities?

— Provide prompt, courteous and effective omnichannel customer support (emails, chats, calls).
— Constantly check the flow of requests and meet SLA policy.
— Monitor the queues volumes during each shift, assign tasks to the agents and prevent backlogs.
— Regularly check the quality of support service provided by agents.
— Control discipline of a team.
— Handle major incidents and the most complicated requests that cannot be resolved by agents.
— Keep abreast of new company products and services, update a team.
— To provide assistance to the Team by performing the tasks with them.
— To help with training and development both within the team and within the own department.
— Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
— Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
— Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
— Assist in hiring and training new employees.
