What are the main responsibilities?

— Develop and maintain a comprehensive program management strategy around product Ecosystem and its roadmap;
— Facilitate and oversee multiple product families roadmaps alignment with Ecosystem goals;
— Lead weekly status meetings and provide metrics to executive leadership for Ecosystem-relevant items
— Track program performance based on company’s objectives, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals and quickly implement course correction techniques where needed
— Manage the relationship between various internal teams within Ecosystem and external business units (ie. Compliance, IT, Legal, etc) in an international environment to ensure milestones and projects are delivered on time
— Oversight multiple projects containing various levels of complexity and scope across multiple teams
— Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine efficacy of ongoing programs;
— Act as the primary liaison between the various CEX.IO departments involved in building CEX.IO ecosystem
— Build strong relationships with various levels of stakeholders across the company
— Provide communication and services to company management regarding the Ecosystem program strategy and status of open projects within the ecosystem;
— Collaborate and influence leaders, at all levels, within the company to ensure Ecosystem project objectives and performance standards are met
— Ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems and procedures ensuring successful implementation of ecosystem vision
— Work on special projects or tasks as assigned

Requirements:

— 2+ years of program management
— 5+ years project management experience
— Knowledge/ extensive experience working with different project/product management tools/applications;
— Demonstrated ability to lead projects affecting many functions, including product, engineering, finance, compliance, and customer experience.
— Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously and resolve conflicts by navigating across the organization
— Self-motivated with a demonstrable desire to lead strategic problem solving, execution, and project ownership.
— Demonstrated success in leveraging data to inform customer-oriented decision
— Experience collecting internal customer feedback and requests, empathizing with their challenges and opportunities, and prioritizing roadmaps to optimize results.
— Ability to lead changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and draw up contingency plans
— Experience in assessing information regarding issues and potential challenges that may impact company strategy execution
— Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting
— Superb interpersonal skills
— Experience supporting the success of individuals in a high-performance environment
— Sophisticated Excel user
— Training and facilitation experience
