We are looking for a creative and proactive Employer Branding Manager to join our team.
The main objective of the role is to increase global brand awareness for CEX.IO as an employer, both internally and externally, through content marketing, career pages optimization, PR, advertising campaigns and SMM initiatives.
Manage and implement all employment brand initiatives and activities towards Ukrainian and non-Ukraininan markets;
Research for the industry online events and resources, strategically select the target ones for collaboration;
Develop content for target resources and social media channels, monitor engagement;
Coordinate partnering with educational establishments for attracting best talents;
Manage all employer branding platforms (Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, dou.ua
, AIN, etc) by creating content, managing reviews, creating ads and engaging candidates;
Support the Recruitment team with PR ideas while fighting for the best talents;
Research for various channels of online advertising and identify the most effective means to advertise for hard-to-fill positions;
Work alongside the Engineering and Marketing teams to re-design and update CEX.IO
careers page to be more informative for applicants;
Evaluate internal and external data to analyze and articulate CEX.IO
’s value proposition for prospective and current employees;
Foster a consistent understanding of CEX.IO
global strategy, objectives and values among employees in different locations;
Coordinate a monthly corporate newsletter production.
Our ideal candidate is an inherently curious self-starter who takes the initiative and has:
Proven experience in Employer branding management and/or digital marketing;
Excellent written skills;
Willingness and ability to do basic photo and video content editing;
Proven experience using email marketing tools (Mailchimp),
Google Analytics — basic knowledge;
Effective negotiating skills;
Strong ‘get things done’ approach.
