HR Business partner (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a passionate about adding value to business HR professional to join our team.
In a role of HR Business partner you will drive and lead HR processes within the designated teams inside CEX.IO product ecosystem.
You will provide both operational and tactical HR support to the team managers and the employees within your area thus building effective interaction and optimising employees’ journey within the company.

Main responsibilities:

— Ensure comprehensive support for HR processes implementation (onboarding, probation period, performance review, training and development, compensation and benefits, off-boarding) using the right tools and technologies;
— Advice, guide and support team leaders to enhance employee engagement and capabilities within designated business units;
— Handle operational issues such as absence/presence management, disciplinary procedures and informational support;
— Develop and execute performance management and training programs in order to support business needs;
— Identify people issues and work together with HR team and other stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions;
— Work with Accounting team to ensure compensation and benefits are accurately coordinated and administered;
— Execute employee surveys and make improvements proposals based on data analysis;
— Participate in HR policies design.

Our ideal candidate has:

— 2+ of proven work experience as HR Business partner or related roles (preferably IT companies);
— Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
— Demonstrated experience with HR metrics;
— Excellent people/client relationship management and communication skills;
— Proactive approach;
— Certifications in human resources would be a plus.
