— 2+ years of relevant experience of active sales (within IT/Fintech company would be a plus);
— Deep understanding of IT product selling processes and techniques;
— Experience using CRM (HubSpot, AMO CRM or others) to manage and forecast sales opportunities;
— Good analytical skills to identify trends and patterns;
— Effective negotiating skills and ability to build relationships with different customers
— Positive and proactive approach;
— Motivation to search for alternative solutions for a problem;

— To lead the client acquisition process and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, annual sales objectives;
— To find new and develop existing client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth;
— To serve as the primary contact for all client needs, requirements and expectations. This includes but is not limited to the preparation of quotes, providing customer product demo, formal proposals, presentations, management of change requests and responsible for liaising with the financial department;
— To provide accurate and on time sales performance data reports and information to co-manage strategic decision-making;
— To collection and make analysis of customer feedback;
— To participate in the client’s business, competitor’s analysis.
