— proven experience in SMM for software product (working experience within fintech sphere is a huge plus);
— deep understanding and proven experience using SMM and digital marketing tools for software product promotion;
— creative writing skills, ability to feel and adjust the proper tone for a specific platform (from conversational to formal, when needed);
— experience managing communications through Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, Telegram;
— ability to generate promo ideas and implement communication activities across different media channels (special offers, contests, email newsletters, targeting, etc);
— experience with social media listening tools, good knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics;
— English level — upper-intermediate/advanced level;
— strong ‘get things done’ approach.

— develop and implement social media and promotion strategies aimed to drive leads generation of our product;
— grow communities and communicate with them across different media channels (Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, Telegram);
— develop content strategy and create consistent content flow that implements the strategy across different channels;
— increase CEX.IO share of voice in social media (determined as our portion of social media mentions as % of mentions for a competitive group, including us);
— maintain a consistent voice that promotes company’s products, services, and values.
— monitor and address negative comments across various social media platforms;
— perform ongoing market research to identify new trends, tools, existing and potential communities;
— track SMM activities, analyse achievements and initiate ideas of performance improvement;
— coordinate with the rest of the community management team to synchronize the key messages.
