I would like to thank Tasha for the opportunity to try myself as a full-time mentor at CatCoding and for her support during the process. Tasha’s passion for her job and desire to educate people is truly inspiring! By taking on the role of a mentor, I not only imparted knowledge but also learned every day. Interaction with the student gave me an understanding of how important individual approach and attention is. The most valuable thing I took away from this experience was the importance of patience and empathy in the learning process. Mentoring is not only about knowledge but also about the ability to inspire, explain complex things in simple terms, and support the student on his path to success. This experience taught me to be more adaptable, improved my communication skills, and taught me valuable lessons I intend to use in my future career. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of this IT school and glad that I was able to contribute to the development of future frontend developers!
