Team Coordinator (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Team Coordinator with 2+ years of experience.
This is a leadership role, the main duty is effective communication, planning and organization

Responsibilities:

— Day-to-day management of the team;
— Lead, motivate, praise and encourage team members through open and honest communication;
— Resource management — coordinate members properly in order to achieve business goals;
— Discover team’s needs and provide action plan;
— Monitor and review team progress against performance metrics and deadlines;
— Regularly communicate about the progress to all stakeholders;
— Pro-actively build and maintain relationships between teams;
— Provide feedback to Team Leads on individual team-members’ performance;
— People management (1-1s, management of vacations/leaves, performance reviews, growth roadmaps etc.)

Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience in IT project management/team leading, call centers etc;
— Experience in working with large junior teams (15+ people) will be a plus;
— Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
— Outstanding organizational and planning abilities;
— Communication and leadership skills;
— Fast learner capable of acquiring new expertise;
— Experience as Customer Support Lead/Supervisor will be a big plus;
— Technical background or Computer science education
— English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
