CareBiller is a healthcare-focused company supporting U.S. hospitals for over 5 years. We’re expanding rapidly and hiring for entry-level Billing Specialists.

To support our internal recruitment team, we’re looking for a Freelance Sourcer to help us find relevant candidates.

Responsibilities

• Search for candidates matching our role profiles (we’ll provide detailed job descriptions and screening scripts);
• Conduct initial screening: check English level, experience, motivation, availability, and time zone alignment;
• Forward warm, qualified leads to our internal recruiter;
• All interviews, offers, and onboarding are handled by our internal team.
  

Compensation Model
💵 $50 per candidate who:

• Accepts the offer and starts training;
• Completes two full weeks of training (provided by the company for free);
• Officially starts the probation period.

📅 Payments are processed monthly, on the 15th, for all eligible candidates from the previous month.

⚠️ No compensation is provided for cold leads, candidates who drop out before training, or those who decline offers.

Tracking & Transparency

• All candidates are tracked in a shared spreadsheet, accessible to the sourcer, recruiter, and HRD;
• The internal recruiter updates statuses throughout the hiring process (e.g., interview, offer, training, probation);
• You can monitor your candidate progress and bonuses in real time.

Work Format

• Fully remote, flexible hours;
• Freelance basis — you’re paid strictly for results;
• Great for freelance recruiters or sourcers looking for extra income.
