We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Lviv — either remotely (within the city) or from our local office. Our team is expanding fast, and so is the demand for great talent. That’s where you come in — a Recruiter who’s not afraid of multitasking, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and who gets real satisfaction from connecting the right people with the right roles.

Requirements for the role:

  • Self-driven, proactive and energetic person with an analytical mindset;
  • Experience in a similar position at least for 3 years in non-IT outsourcing/medical billing/Call Center/Contact Center/Business Process Outsourcing/Customer Support/Outsourcing teams;
  • Excellent understanding of the Ukrainian labor market: candidate behavior, sourcing channels, and regional specifics;
  • Strong sourcing skills and understanding of different hiring strategies;
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Experience working with ATS systems;
  • High level of self-organization, responsibility, and initiative;
  • Proven ability to build strong analytical recruitment reports; advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher — both written and spoken.


Would be a plus:

  • Experience hiring for junior-level roles with on-the-job training provided;
  • Understanding of cooperation specifics with U.S.-based clients (time zones, culture, expectations).

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers and contributing to recruitment strategy;
  • Full-cycle recruitment: from creating the job profile to offer stage support;
  • Active candidate sourcing through various job boards;
  • Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates;
  • Maintaining up-to-date information in the ATS and generating basic recruitment analytics.
