We expect you to be an HR expert with high emotional intelligence and a business mindset. Ideally, we see this as long-term cooperation on a part-time basis. Eventually, it might become a full-time assignment when our team is big enough. As a team, we praise high standards of work ethics and will expect the same from you.

Your skillset and competencies
• 2+ years of experience as an HR generalist.
• Outstanding self-management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills: Ukrainian and English is a must, Russian is a bonus.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
• Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian labor legislation.
• Knowledge of Office 365 on a confident user level would be an asset.
• Proven experience in the building of the HR system from scratch.
• Facilitation and mediation skills.
• Experience in the development of KPI/OKR system.
• Experience of work with North American business culture.

Обов’язки

Аs an HR Manager/Consultant, you will develop and support the company’s main HR processes. We are not that many at this point, but we grow fast and want all our internal processes to be neat, efficient, and scalable. We see you as an HR generalist who takes care of recruitment and ongoing support and development of the existing team. Also, you will deal with HR-related budgeting. We are at the very beginning of building the whole HR system, so we expect you to provide expert consultancy for our CEO on HR issues.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Recruitment
◦ Vacancy description and publication on relevant platforms.
◦ Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates (both tech and non-tech, 1-2 vacancies/month).
◦ Creating and maintaining candidate’s database.
◦ Coordination of the interview process until the offer is accepted: feedback collection, test task development, checking, etc.
◦ Ongoing communication with candidates.
◦ Offer preparation and sending.

• Onboarding/offboarding
◦ Introduction of the new employee to the company’s culture and policies.
◦ Planning and coordination of the employee’s first weeks in the company.
◦ Training coordination.
◦ Development of the offboarding policy and procedures.

• HR support
◦ Performance evaluation coordination.
◦ Development of performance metrics.
◦ Development and application of the compensation and benefits system.
◦ Organization and running of 1:1s.
