The primary responsibility of the operations manager will be to oversee the operations staff monitoring progress, enforcing rules, and ensuring company objectives are met. The ideal candidate should have experience coaching employees with strong communication and leadership skills. They must be able to quickly resolve workplace issues and set policies and procedures within the department. The successful candidate will guide, train, and support the team members and will be highly motivated to help the company fulfill its larger mission.

What you will do

• Ensure that the department meets the projected quarterly revenue and profit goals through motivating, coaching, and training employees

• Organize the workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks; establish daily objectives and weekly schedules

• Implement and enforce policies and procedures to be followed in order to optimize maximum productivity

• Mentor, manage, coach, and discipline employees to ensure a high performing, highly engaged and satisfied workforce.

• Track and create KPIs and Metrics to be submitted to management; working cross-functionally with other departments

• Monitor employee productivity

• Work directly with sales director to control revenue and workflow in the office

• Respond to and resolves issues beyond the scope of supervisory staff


Upper-intermediate English (spoken and written)

• Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline Required

1-3 year’s Experience and proven success in the day-to-day running of business operations within a multi-site global organization Required or

1-3 year’s Experience leading a team where process and quality improvement directly impact the customer experience Required and

1-3 year’s Experience in lean/quality/continuous improvement Preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications (High proficiency)

• Must be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently, prioritizing what work needs to be done first (High proficiency)

• Strong organizational skills to achieve production goals and maximize productivity (High proficiency)

• Balance team and individual responsibilities, ability to work in a positive team environment (High proficiency)

• Works well under pressure (Medium proficiency)

• Quickly and accurately identify and resolve problems with limited supervision (High proficiency)
