Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize no-code automated workflows using Zapier and Make to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with various teams (marketing, sales, support) to identify opportunities for automation through no-code platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of automated workflows, troubleshooting and resolving issues without coding.
• Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for workflows to ensure they are accessible to non-technical team members.
• Conduct training sessions on best practices for using no-code platforms like Zapier and Make efficiently.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with no-code platforms like Zapier and Make, including the development and implementation of automated workflows.
• Strong skills in API integrations and experience with connecting services via no-code solutions.
• Proficiency in designing no-code workflows that enhance operational efficiency without the need for custom coding.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor, optimize, and improve automated workflows based on data insights.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and explain no-code processes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency to communicate with international clients and teams.
