— Understanding of software development and design specialties;
— Experience in direct search and headhunting;
— Understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
— Highly developed listening, communication and negotiation skills;
— Proficiency in using MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
— Intermediate level of English.

— Close cooperation with employees and management regarding HR projects, policies, and procedures;
— Support HR programs to increase employees’ engagement and gather feedback accordingly;
— Analyze location trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies;
— Organize corporate events and other internal activities.
