We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our product team and drive data-informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Requirements:
— 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics with a focus on product metrics
— Proficient SQL (PostgreSQL), Google Sheets, and Excel
— Solid foundation in statistics and probability
— Strong data visualization skills (preferably Quicksight)
— Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, payments, marketing, retention, etc.)
— Excellent analytical thinking, self-organization, and attention to detail
— Ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:
— Knowledge of column-oriented storages (e.g., BigQuery, AWS Athena)
— Strong GA4 analysis skills (analytics only — no setup required)

How you’ll be contributing:
— Monitoring and analyzing key product and payment funnel metrics
— Working with user segments (incl. high-value customers)
— Identifying anomalies in KPIs and finding their root causes
— Generating hypotheses and uncovering growth opportunities
— Supporting the development of our BI infrastructure (database + dashboards)
— Contributing to business planning and modeling
